Robert and his team did a great job handling the details of the cruise. We ordered a scooter for my husband, and it was waiting in our room when we boarded. I recently went on an 8 day European trip including Budapest, a Danube river cruise and a stop in Vienna. I thought the pace of the trip was perfect with lots of rest periods included. I felt the excursions were also thoroughly researched and just the right amount of time. I could tell a lot of time and planning had gone into our trip. Bob was also on our trip and was always available for consultation or questions which made it convenient. I enjoyed all the hotels, excursions etc. I would definitely take another trip with Cruise Planners and Bob Miksovsky. Bob's wife Diane was also instrumental in making sure we had a great time. Robert made the honeymoon planning process easy and fun! We knew that we wanted the process to be stress free but with so many options and little things to think of, planning for our perfect honeymoon started to become overwhelming. Robert did a great job taking all the stress out of traveling. He was always available if you had any questions and recommended a wonderful hotel to stay. He actually gave us 5 different places/ choices each with little notes to help us decide.

My husband and I planned our recent honeymoon with Bob from Cruise Planners. He made the process smooth, seamless, and stress free! Once we chose our destination of Grenada, Bob handled everything from flights, to transport from the airport, accommodations and even activities and excursions. The resort, amenities and service were amazing, and the food was over the top phenomenal!. There were a few hiccups with the airlines getting there due to staffing and required us to stay the night in Miami, our connecting city. Bob immediately helped book a hotel and transportation so that we would not have to stress about where to stay last minute. He would check-in with us via text message throughout our stay to make sure everything was going according to plan. He even surprised us with a special honeymoon gift of a sunset and champagne sailboat excursion. The trip was an unforgettable experience! We are all so appreciative of everything Bob did for us. Robert was a blessing for us and our honeymoon planning! We had multiple booked trips fall through but Robert was kind, patient, reassuring and went above and beyond to help us finally land the perfect trip. He is knowledgeable of many different locations stateside and internationally as well as the available hotels and local activities. Thank you Robert for a great introduction (our first ever cruise) to the world of cruising. Our son and his new bride decided in late 2014 that they wanted to do a destination cruise Wedding. With Robert’s expertise and planning assistance the wedding was held in Nassau, Bahamas in November of 2015. The planning started months in advance to coordinate the 50+ guests who joined us on this destination wedding. It was simply fantastic! In addition to planning the Cruise, Robert also provided travel planning assistance for airfare and hotels for the group to arrive early in Orlando, transportation to/from a day at Universal Studios, and then transportation to/from Orlando to Port Canaveral where our cruise departed/landed. The coordination and communication was exceptional and as a result, the wedding and the cruise, went off without a hitch. We could not have asked for anything more and both Joyce and I are so appreciative of all the time and careful attention you gave to all our guests and their individual needs. You will be forever remembered as “e-mail Bob†to everyone on the trip because of the many e-mails that were sent to all the guests who traveled with us. Our guests came from Minnesota, Montana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, and Arizona, so it truly presented travel issues from all over the U.S. Consequently, we were able to have so much fun because we had family and friends who gathered to celebrate our son’s wedding, but most importantly it allowed us to have “quality time†to spend time together on the 5-day cruise,
We would highly recommend Robert Miksovsky and his wife Diane who also assisted him, to anyone who wants to contact us as a reference. Especially anyone planning a destination wedding or family trip. All of our guests felt the same way – as we all had a great week at our first ever cruise and our son’s wedding. We plan on using Robert in the future for all of our future cruises.

Robert, I am not on Facebook but I really want to "share" my families AWESOME cruise experience! We highly recommend big family events. We were part of a group of 50 celebrating a family wedding. The cruise was a great way to spend a week with both the bride's and groom's extended family as well as getting to know the wedding party. One reason it was so incredible was that everything was so well planned out and executed by you Bob that there were no problems and no glitches during the entire cruise. From the day at Universal Studios before the cruise, to boarding, the great rooms, accommodations, events, and all the way to the flawless ride to the airport, we couldn't complain about a single thing. Our only issue was that the cruise had to end and we had to go home! We have been on several cruises before but this was the best vacation ever! My husband, myself and two middle school boys wanted to get on the next boat heading anywhere, not back to Minnesota and the cold. We will definitely book all our family trips and special events with you Bob! Thanks for the best trip ever. First time I've used Robert Miksovsky and Cruise Planners for our travel needs and he was great. He handled all the details for a 55 person cruise which included a wedding. Very good attention to each persons individual needs. Excellent follow through and communication. Good at anticipating potential issues and heading them off in advance.
